- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆January 02, 2019, by Justine HagnessAsked for delivery on a Wednesday. No call, no show. Then they promised it would come Thursday. It came Thursday but it was the wrong stuff. Said it would come Friday, never showed up. We had people come from out of town to help us build our deck but didn’t have the right material. Salesperson said the we could get the material Monday. When we pushed him because we needed to build this weekend he coordinated so we could pick it up from their supplier. We did this because we had no choice. Drove 50 minutes north, loaded material for 30 minutes, and drove 50 minutes back. Not satisfied.
